Chef Louis' experience includes being owner and operator of the Grotto on Merriman and Akron Creative Catering, and the chef at The Office Bistro, Edgar's at Good Park, Misto 1238, and Greystone Hall. Louis chooses his restaurant team just as carefully as he chooses the freshest ingredients for the menu in order to provide you with high quality food and service in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.
